General Electrical Centre Limited (GEC) is a patriotic company that was established in Zanzibar in 1992 with the goal of providing high-quality services to the residents of Zanzibar and Tanzania as a whole.

In terms of technological service delivery, General Electrical Centre Limited (GEC) is the first company on the Zanzibar side that managed various projects including the installation of landlines in various Government offices, the installation of various communication equipment, the installation of electrical transformers, the installation of network equipment, the provision of consultancy in the planning of multiple systems in Public Institutions as well as the private and so on.

General Electrical Centre Limited (GEC) has been a solution for the provision of high-quality technological services to Companies, Civil Institutions, individuals as well as Government Institutions including those of the Revolutionary Government as well as those of the government of the United Republic of Tanzania.

At present, our company has expanded its services and officially started Radar (Radio Detection and Ranging) installation activities according to our customer’s requirements.
