Evtc is a vocational Training center which is situated at Kiembe Samaki about 4km Western region from Zanzibar Town.
The center is registered by Vocational Training Center Authority (VTA) Zanzibar,with registration number VTC/2022/04/00069/02 of the year 2022.
At the moment the institution delivers level 3 leavers in Electrical installation course,for two to three years ,with the minimum entry qualification of form 2 certificate, 

Electrical Installation is consistance with 1) CCTV Camera Installation, 2) Solar Design, Installation and Maintenance, 3) Power Transmission, 4) AC and DC Machines, 5) Computer Application, 6) Information Technology Course.

The new course of Auto electric will be established during the comming year 2026 for three years to obtain the level three certificate in Auto electric.
The new intake will be registered in December 2026.
